The Okanagan real estate market is behaving as expected and sales are picking up from the last couple of months. Average sale prices in March are up four per cent above February and on par with a typically busy spring market. Single-family unit pricing has stayed consistent and new listings have steadily increased over the past several months including a 44 per cent increase in February.
