Growth Expected to Continue in the Desirable Okanagan Valley

Development continues to surge in the Okanagan area as the desire for people to live in the region increases and excellent employment opportunities continue to be available.
Kelowna has now surpassed $1 billion in value of building permits issued for the year, nearly doubling the 10-year average of $555 million. Looking ahead, city officials say they expect the growth to be comparable to 2021, if not greater.
