Chat Live with Lakestone

We are excited to introduce Live Chat as a way to connect with our Lakestone team online. This is a direct connection to the Lakestone sales and management team that would typically greet you at the Lakestone Information Centre and at our Show Homes. In an instant, you will be speaking to one of our local Lakestone sales or community specialists where you can ask for more information such as homesite availability, amenities offered, builder info, community questions and more.
Online live chat hours are 9am to 6pm on weekends and 8am to 9pm on weekdays.
To start the live chat, simply click on the blue live chat icon on our website which is located in the bottom right corner of your screen, and voila! You are now on live chat.
If you start the chat outside of live chat hours, you will see an envelope icon in the bottom right corner of your screen and you will be prompted to leave a message. A member of the Lakestone team will get back to you within 24 hours.
